Hi there, I’m Kristina!
Thanks for dropping by my little passion project, Goodness to Glow!
Believe it or not, the inception of Goodness to Glow dates back to 2015, during my gap year. It was a time of exploration, where I delved into my passions for cooking, nutrition, and food photography. However, as I transitioned to university, the demands of time and finances briefly paused this creative outlet.
Skipping ahead nearly a decade, after earning my Bachelor of Business with a Marketing focus and establishing myself in my career, I had an epiphany: I lacked a fulfilling hobby. Despite finding solace in baking, entertaining friends over dinner, and expressing my love through food, I realised it was time to rekindle my passion for crafting and capturing beautiful dishes. And so, Goodness to Glow 2.0 came to life.

I'm addicted to health and finance podcasts. Any “She’s On The Money” fans?
My preferred form of movement is walking and reformer pilates.
I find joy in baking my own birthday cake every year.
Food is how I express love — my beautiful partner Aaron is well fed.
I am in love with Thai food! My go to order is Chicken Penang and Beef Pad See Ew, and yes, this would be my death row meal if I had to choose.
